I'm not sure what mine is doing. For a while it said pending, although PayPal had it marked as paid. So later when I checked it, it says completed. Nowhere on my subscription page, when I'm logged in, shows any "my products". Anywhere. I can wait for the welcome email, I'm not in a hurry, just wanted y'all to know that troubleshooting instruction isn't working for me.

Hmmm, I am not sure what happened, but to be safe - I removed the download and re-added it. Can you try to look via your purchase invoice to see if it updated for you? It should say: etc_dan_meowster_kit
