   Spending over $25 on March BYOC products but not seeing the 15% discount at checkout. Do I need to enter a code or something? I will also contact customer service.

   The price actually drops in the shop, so you don't see a lump sum at checkout. If you look at the percentage in the shop next to the BYOC products, you will see it change from 20% to 35%.
