I would like to dabble in more Bible Art Journaling than what I have done. I just tried to find a photo of one piece I did some time ago but I cannot find it on this computer.
I do a lot of Scripture Art which you can see some of on my blog HERE

nothing is "required" but to enjoy and try in art journaling, you can forgo the journaling and just ART. Learning something new without having to be uncomfortable. It is a fun time!

I've done scripture layouts. BUT my sister gave me a journaling bible for Christmas and my bible study group is going to have craft nights where I can actually start playing with it. I bought myself one about 6 months ago and was too scardy cat to draw in it. So a second one is perfect!

Something even my talk therapist couldn't get into my head (even though I could quote her sigh) Tangie managed with what seemed like casual ease.
    It's okay to create.
Here are some ways you can play, err create.
    No rules.
It doesn't have to be finished.
You can paint over/gesso over/layer over/etc if you don't like it. (in PS this is nice because I can save all those hidden layers for later viewing if I need/want). . .
    and more like that.
Not all art has to be BIG ART (was that @Tangie Baxter or Pintrest).

Stuff like that. (and you don't have to do your stuff in the same style as Tangie either!)

I have many parts of Tangie's Art Journ Caravan items in my stash but never used any after a few tries. I'm about 10 years older now and am willing to try again...so, I'm in! Years ago, it took a friend of mine quite a while to get me to journal on paper WITHOUT lines! now, funnily enough while I don't journal any more, I always erase the lines on journaling cards. :giggle

Life without change is ...uh..called death. So Nana's open to some change!!
