Isn't there a shortcut or something that allows you to apply two preset styles at once? I swear I used to be able to. :banghead

It works sometimes Emma. I have trouble with that as the shift key doesn’t work on older made styles.

You can also, rasterize the first style (but then can't change it) and apply the second OR you can apply the style then group JUST that layer into a "GROUP" and apply the second style into a group.

I usually rasterize the first layer style, but I found this step isn’t necessary on smart objects. I’m using PS CC 2018.

If I’m testing out different styles on a bunch of similar elements, I’ll put them all in a group and then apply the style to the group. It’s easy to undo and redo the styles until I find the one I want to use.

actually I think this doesn't work with PS CC... it's meant for the CS5 and CS6 type versions. I think with the newer CC versions they have the ability to apply two or more styles with a built in feature now. Don't ask me how that works, because I'm with you and am still using CS5 until I no longer can... I don't wanna rent my software, cuz I'm too cheap to pay every month! :giggle

Never knew about the shift key....I'm going to have to test that out in PSE.

Also, if you are using PSE, the grouping items is not available. There is nothing worse than downloading something that has been saved as a grouped layer because you can't undo it and edit. Makes me sad when this happens.
