Those on Pinterest ... and actually getting the emails for suggestions ... this brings the words Pinterest Fail to a whole new level. They sent me this email recently, suggestions for my scrapbook board: Usually they are pretty close to nailing what I like/am pining ... but this is just ridiculous. Wonder if someone hacked into their algorithms?
ROFL!! They're trying to tell you to get your Halloween on with the Poison add, they gave you some color pallets to chose from so you can feel warm again, a new outfit suggestion so you can be comfy while scrapping and be date ready with the heels, and I think they're trying to tell you to optimize your creative side you need a new house with a new pet turkey or whatever is hiding in the green tires! Pinterest NAILED it
LOL you guys ... I think it's a chicken inside the green tires -at first I thought it was a dog house, but I think you are right @bbymks5 - there's feathers. With 3 dogs - just NO! We do not need chickens! And I can assure you, no one needs to see my navel area - so that outfit is a no go!
Sometimes you just need to read between the lines ROFL!! But chickens lay eggs...eggs are good in protein, and you'll always have food!! It's a win/win for our feathered friends LOL! And that's why you get a cute cami with lace on the bottom to layer under that cute top!
Truth be told...I thought the critter in the tire was an armadillo at first, which makes absolutely ZERO sense....and then I saw his feathered friend on the right LOL
Jenn, that's hilarious! They have you figured out, huh? Last week I got an email from Pinterest and it said "You followed 'Halloween,' and here are some more Pins!" I did NOT "follow" Halloween. Is Halloween a board? Is it a search term? How do you FOLLOW a holiday, cuz I'm pretty sure I'd know if I'd followed someone whose Pinterest screen name was Halloween. And to add to the fun, most of the suggested Pins were of slime recipes...which I've never searched for, Pinned, hastagged, or otherwise utilized on Pinterest. So yeah, I think there's a hiccup in their algorithm. Actually, I had unsubscribed from all emails, so the fact I've started to get some of those "You'd like" emails from Pinterest tells me something is up.
I used to want chickens! Secretly I think I still do. But not at this time. The cami idea is cute ... but I just wonder which roll of fat on my tummy that little cropped top would sit on. So still - the outfit is no go!
Yup, someone fed them after midnight! I was just on Pinterest and the little pin icon that tells how many times a pin has been Pinned is gone. Those gremlins have been busy!
I feel ya! Is it really too much to ask for in wanting a non-rolly tummy?!!? I'm not asking to be rich or famous...just want a flat tummy! Is it bad that I want a rooster just to annoy the neighbors since I have listen to all of their dogs bark all.the.time.?
Ugh I hate their 'recommended for you' pins. I just want to see who I follow & their pins. Stupid algorithms. But that is hilarious!
I'm almost done with Pinterest these days. Every 3rd pin is an advertisement, none of which I want to see because 99.9% of them hold no interest to me. Yes, I know they are trying to make money, but seriously? And I never pay attention to their (or Facebook's) emails. I figure they're just another kind of click bait, in a way. Although that green tire chicken coop/dog house is rather interesting...
