Ok... we have a pile of great suggestions for books to read over the next few months. Since we are picking for the next four months you can vote on 4 total books. Also, the Poll won't let me add more than 10 choices, so I just used the first 10 books and we'll have to save the other 3 for next time. So... what do you want to read next? Come vote! :)

They all sound good so it'll just depend on if I can get a copy to read during the current month to join in on the discussion.

I voted for the 3 books I can get through my ebook subscription. I know myself well enough to know I'll forget to pick them up at the library once they get there :)

I have them all on my library request now....so any bets that they will all become available at the same time? Yikes...that better not happen....I can't read that fast LOL.

I have to giggle a little at how many alternate societies are represented in these books!

One of the least voted books "For Darkess Shows The Stars" just came in at my library so I'm picking it up this week to read. I've started "Red Rising" and am enjoying it so I'll finish this up first. So whatever book gets decided on for April, I will hopefully get to it by mid month unless I read fast :)

Popped over to the library yesterday and grabbed my copy of Remember Me and For Darkness Shows The Stars.
I also picked up another paperback (seems funny to get one b/c I've been only using my e-reader for a long time and the odd hardcover here and there LOL) that intrigued me b/c a notecard was tucked into it by the last reader, who said it was the best fantasy story they had ever read and they weren't even really a fantasy book fan. So that's enough endorsement for me to be curious enough to give it a try. I know fantasy books aren't everyone's cup of tea so it may or may not be a good recommendation for the club.

Patric Rothfuss - The Name Of The Wind (winner of the Quill Award, whatever that is). It is #1 in the Kingkiller Chronicle series. Written in 2007.

I originally left voting open until March 31st, but I think I will leave it open through today so that we can have a few days to get books for April. Sound good?

So... last day to vote today! Get your votes in!
