Today is my day one. I need this!! Walked a half hour on the treadmill this morning and completed Total Body Cardio Fix. A little sore but feeling accomplished!!
Super awesome. I need to get back on some kind of routine and diet. I'll have to google 21day fix, never heard of it.
WTG! Bet that feels good. I was just thinking this morning I need to start my weight lifting routine again this week. I dropped it last fall and have lost all my lovely muscles....sigh.
Way to go!!! I really wanna run but we got 40 cm snow just yesterday so I hope the roads and the weather will get better in a couple of days. Really should join the fitness centre too for more training activities.
Didn't use the treadmill this morning - my legs are still so sore (too many squats) - but I got up and did my Upper Fix. Tomorrow is Lower Fix so hoping my legs will be feeling better.
Hubby ate a big bowl of ice cream last night. "Can I dish you up some?" I resisted!! And I love ice cream!! Day 3 - Lower Fix complete. Legs feeling a little better. Didn't go all out on squats and lunges this morning hoping to alleviate some of the pain. Planning on walking on the treadmill when I get home tonight.

Not so good!! My daughter came home from college two weekends ago and my diet went to hell. Then I was sick the majority of this week. Tomorrow is my anniversary so we're going out for a nice dinner. I'll be starting all over again Monday!!
