For me, one of the best things about summer is that there are so many amazing fruits in season! I could seriously eat strawberries and peaches and nectarines and plums and blueberries and everything else every single day and not get tired!

What’s your favorite fruit?

Can you believe Easter is just around the corner?  It’s not good timing for me.  I recently noticed my pants are feeling a bit tight so I finally got my butt on the scale and realized I’ve gained 12 lbs in the last year.  Yikes!  Needless to say, I went on an instant diet and now I’m just so hungry …  all the time.  Will I have enough will power to leave all the Easter chocolates alone for the children?  Given how hungry I am, I could see myself going to take one, and accidentally eating them all.  I think the Easter candy will have to be purchased last minute this year.  Just to be safe.

I really love solid dark chocolate Easter Bunnies. It’s my weakness. I always start with the ears and finish the rest of him off in short order. Do you like chocolate Easter Bunnies? Here’s a fun poll about eating Easter Bunnies.
